  • Module 2: Creating a High-Performing Team (People Domain)
    • Building a team.
    • Defining team ground rules.
    • Negotiating project agreements.
    • Empowering team members and stakeholders.
    • Training team members and stakeholders.
    • Engaging and supporting virtual teams.
    • Building shared understanding about a project.
