Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective cybersecurity curriculum, including lectures, hands-on labs, demonstrations, and assessments.
• Cover a wide range of cybersecurity topics, which may include (but are not limited to):
  • Network Security
  • Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing
  • Incident Response & Forensics
  • Security Operations (SOC)
  • Cloud Security
  • Application Security
  • Cyber Threat Intelligence
  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
  • Cryptography
  • Secure Coding Principles
• Tailor instruction to diverse learning styles and experience levels.
• Provide constructive feedback and evaluate student performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies.
• Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the program lead/team to refine curriculum and course materials.
• Potentially assist with career guidance and industry insights for students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience in a cybersecurity role (e.g., Security Analyst, Penetration Tester, Security Engineer, Incident Responder).
• Demonstrated expertise in at least 3-5 of the cybersecurity domains listed in the responsibilities section.
• Relevant industry certifications highly preferred (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CASP+, CEH, OSCP, CISSP, CISM, GSEC, CCNA Security).
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to a non-technical and technical audience.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Prior teaching or training experience is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multi-Batch handling and flexible schedule availability (e.g., evenings, weekends, specific weekdays).

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Experience with various cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, forensic tools, penetration testing frameworks).
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK).
